You either have Wi-Fi, Zigbee or Mi-Wi smart devices at home. Our Sedna smart water damage protection system may also be installed on your plumbing.

How to connect your Sinopé smart devices

For your Sinopé devices to be fully smart and functional, you must pair them with Sinopé Technologies' GT130 gateway or a compatible Zigbee gateway*.1. The former owner left his GT130 gateway
If the previous owner left his gateway, ensure it's properly connected, then follow these simple steps.
2. The former owner did not leave his GT130 gateway
You must get the GT130 gateway from our store. You can then install it and configure your devices by following the instructions in the product manual.
*Other gateways compatible with your smart devices: SmartThings and Hubitat.
My home is equipped with Wi-Fi devices
If your new home is equipped with Sinopé Wi-Fi devices, you simply need to download the Neviweb app in the App Store or the Google Play store, then add and configure your devices.
My home is equipped with Mi-Wi devices
For your Sinopé devices to be fully smart and functional, you must pair them with Sinopé Technologies' GT125 gateway.

If the previous owner left his gateway, ensure it's properly connected, then follow these simple steps.
2. The former owner did not leave his GT125 gateway
You must get in touch with us* to purchase a GT125 gateway. You can then install it and configure your devices by following the instructions in the product manual.
*Mi-Wi products are now part of our "Legacy" product line, as we discontinued their production. However, they are fully functional and supported and even continue to benefit from specific new feature updates in the Neviweb app. It is still possible to obtain some products by reaching out to us.
