    • Orders eligible for free shipping are dispatched via a carrier selected at Sinopé Technologies' discretion.
    • This shipping option does not require the customer’s signature upon delivery.
    • Disclaimer: This shipping method is carried out at the customer’s risk. Sinopé Technologies will not be held responsible for theft or loss of the package once it has been delivered by the carrier.

    2. Standard shipping with signature request

      • A free shipping option requiring a signature upon delivery is also available.
      • This shipping method includes coverage against theft and loss of the package.

      3. Other Shipping Methods

      • Sinopé Technologies also offers various shipping options with explicit guarantees against theft and loss of packages.
      • Details regarding costs and delivery timelines will be provided during the checkout process.


      Package Tracking

      • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
      • You can use this tracking number to locate your package on the carrier’s website.

      Delivery Times

      • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination address.
      • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather, strikes, or customs processing, beyond Sinopé Technologies' control.

      Delivery Issues

      • If you receive a damaged package or suspect theft or loss, you must contact our customer service as soon as possible.
      • Sinopé Technologies will initiate an investigation with the carrier for shipping methods with included guarantees to resolve the issue.
