Is this smart thermostat compatible with my central system?
The TH6250WF thermostat requires a common wire (“C”) for operation. Three wires are required between the thermostat and the heating or air-conditioning system.
Wiring : C, R, G, W, O/B, Y, ACC, IN
If your installation has only two wires, opt for the TH6500WF model, specially designed for this type of configuration.
How do I register with Hilo?
1. Buy or verify the compatibility of your Sinopé devices.
2. Add your Sinopé devices to the Sinopé Neviweb app and select the Hilo option in Éco Sinopé.
3. Your bonus will be paid to you by Hydro-Québec in the following weeks.

The thermostat Lite is compatible with most 24 V residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers and heat pumps, whether they use forced-air or radiant distribution.

The TH6250WF thermostat requires a common wire (“C”) to operate. Three wires are required between the thermostat and the heating or cooling system.
When a junction box is present in the installation, the AC6500-01 or AC6500-02 decorative wall plate must be used to ensure adequate and safe coverage.
