can now be monitored and controlled
via the Neviweb app.

Sinopé Technologies has taken care of the
migration of all your devices in the new app.

To access your devices, select the situation
that correspondsto you and follow the steps.

Situation A

I don't have a Neviweb account

No problem! We have created it for you.

Here is what you have to do:

Download the Neviweb app via the App Store or Google Play*.

Enter the same login information (email address and password) that you used for the Sinopé Water Leak Protection app.

Access your water damage protection system by clicking the icon at the bottom center of the app.

*Note: If you do not have a mobile device, access Neviweb via neviweb.com.

Situation B

I already have a Neviweb account

Great! We have added your system to your account.

Here's what you need to do:

Login to your Neviweb account.* Your water damage protection system will be in the same named location in both applications (e.g. Home).

If there is no location in Neviweb with the same name as the one used in the Sinopé Water Leak Protection app, we will have created a new location in your Neviweb account.

Access your valve by clicking the devices icon at the bottom center of the screen.

*If the credentials between your Neviweb and Sinopé Water Leak Protection accounts are different, contact us.

Situation C

I have a Sinopé Smart Systems account

Please contact our tech support team so that we can validate which devices are still active and in which account and/or location you want to transfer them.
