Who is eligible?
To be eligible for the discount, you must:
- Be an Enbridge Gaz Québec customer with an active account and have a natural gas central heating system.
- The smart thermostat must be installed and connected to the central heating system, replacing a non-smart thermostat model.
- A purchase receipt is required with your application. If your application is approved, the rebate will be issued as a $100 credit on your Enbridge Gaz Québec bill within 30 days.
How do I get my discount?
1. Select your thermostat from the list of eligible models
2. Install (or have someone install) your new thermostat. You can call a Enbridge Gaz Québec advisor at 819-771-8321, option 2.
3. Submit your application by filling this form.
4. Receive your rebate as a credit on your Enbridge Gaz Québec bill within 30 days.
*Only the TH6250WF model is sold directly through our online store. The other versions (TH6250WF-PRO and TH6500WF) are available through professionals.
Is there a maximum incentive I can receive?
One rebate ($100) per household for a smart thermostat, which must be connected to the home's main heating system.
Which Sinopé devices are eligible for the $100 discount offered by Enbridge?
The following three models of thermostats for central heating systems are eligible for the discount: TH6250WF, TH6250WF-PRO, and TH6500WF.
