Return policy

In most cases, you can return your Web purchase for any reason within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund (except the freight charges billed to ship the order), as long as it hasn’t been used. Packaging must be unopened, and seals must remain intact.

How do I return my purchase?

Contact by e-mail (support@sinopetech.com), Sinopé’s customer service department in order to get an RMA number. You must indicate your order number, name, models, and quantity of products to be returned, and the reason for the return. An RMA form and number will be returned to you within 48 hours. Pack the product you are returning securely and include the RMA form. Ship the package to Sinopé Technologies and make sure that the RMA number is mentioned on your return package. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No collect shipment will be accepted. Upon reception and inspection, we will process your return and issue a refund to the original payment method. In order to receive a full refund, as mentioned above, the product must be unused, the packaging must not be damaged, and it must remain unopened with the seals intact. If the packaging has been opened and the seals are no longer on it, or if the product has been used, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that it may take up to 20 days to process refund requests.

Shipping Window: Once your return is authorized, you have 30 days to ship the products back to us.

Bundle and Promotional Set Returns

Bundle Fairness & Returns Policy

Items purchased as part of a bundle are designed to provide a complete solution at the best possible price. To maintain these savings for all our customers, partial bundle returns will void the initial bundle discount.

Refund Calculation: Refunds for bundle components are calculated based on the difference between the bundle price paid and the full retail price (MSRP) of the items you choose to keep.

    • Full Return: If you return the entire bundle, you will receive a full refund (subject to our standard return conditions).

    • Partial Return: If you keep certain items, the refund amount will be calculated as follows: [Total bundle price paid] - [Full retail price (MSRP) of the items kept] = Refund amount.

Note: If the retail value (MSRP) of the kept items is equal to or greater than the price paid for the bundle, no refund will be issued for the partial return.

Refused delivery

If the delivery of the items ordered is unreasonably refused, the freight charges incurred for the shipping of the said articles will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Can I return my Web purchase at a local retailer?

What should I do if I think my product is defective?

Contact Sinopé’s technical service department to speak with a technician and have the unit troubleshooted. You may also send an email (support@sinopetech.com) to our technical support department, indicating the model number and the issue you are having with the unit, and a technician will contact you as soon as possible. If the unit is deemed defective and still under warranty, you will be able to return the product at the location that you have purchased in order to obtain a replacement unit. If the product was purchased from our Website, we will send you an RMA number and a form so you can return the defective product to Sinopé Technologies. Pack securely the product that you are returning and include the RMA form. Ship the package to Sinopé Technologies and make sure that the RMA number is mentioned on your return package. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No collect shipment will be accepted. Upon reception and verification of the defective product, we will send you a replacement product at no cost.

Can I return a non-defective product purchased from a local retailer to Sinopé?

No, all purchases made at a local retail store cannot be returned to Sinopé Technologies. It must be returned to the store unless the product is defective.
