How to qualify for the rebate

Customers requirements
Must be a current Pacific Power customer.
Home’s primary heat source must be an electric zonal heating system.
Must be an existing single family, multifamily, or manufactured home.
New construction is not eligible for this incentive.

Rebate requirements
Incentive Application must be postmarked within 90 days of purchase.
Incentive may not exceed purchase price.
Limit of 10 electric line voltage incentives per home.

Equipment requirements
Product must be an electronic line-voltage type thermostat with a thermistor temperature sensing element and be UA or CSA listed for use with zonal electric heater applications, including one or more of the following: fan-forced, baseboard, wall, or radiant (wall, ceiling, floor).
Product must have 7-day programming scheduling and must be Wi-Fi enabled (or via bridge) with removed access.
The purchased device must be on Pacific Power's Qualified Electric Line Voltage Thermostat list.

Required documentation
Incentive Application, completed and signed. If mailing, make copies for you records and note the mailed date on the application.
Third Party Payment Addendum for applicants who would like to forward payment to a third party not listed on the utility account.
