The WL4210S Water Leak Detector has the following features:

  • Ultra-precise sensors detect a minimum water level of 0.4 mm (0.015 in)
  • Remote sensor for detecting water in hard-to-reach places
  • Possibility to fix the detector on the wall or the floor to prevent it from being moved by using the provided fasteners
  • Equipped with gold-plated sensing electrodes to counter oxidation
  • Battery-powered (up to 10 years of autonomy)
  • Audible alarm indicating a water leak or low battery condition
  • Possibility of dual detection based on positioning

  • Connect the detectors to the valve and rename them in the app to quickly identify the source of the leak.
  • Link your water leak detector with the Sinopé Sedna Wi-Fi smart water valve to shut off the water supply as soon as a leak is detected by the sensor. The detector can also be connected to the GT130 gateway to close the Sinopé Zigbee valve.**

  • View battery status directly in the app.

  • Create automations in the app so that other Sinopé connected devices in your smart home react when water is detected***.
* Requires a Sinopé 2nd gen. smart water valve or compatible Zigbee system, a permanent Internet connection, and the Neviweb app available on the App Store and Google Play. When connected to the GT130 gateway, the detector only sends an email notification.
** IMPORTANT: In the event of a power outage, the signal between the water leak detector with remote sensor and your Zigbee gateway will not be possible. The closing signal will not reach the valve. For optimal protection even during power outages, it is recommended to use the Sedna VA4220WF-K5 water damage protection system.
***Available only with Sinopé Zigbee devices (requires GT130 gateway).

Battery life is calculated based on optimal usage conditions and may vary slightly.

In case of a power outage the WL4210 can't communicate with the GT130 gateway in order to shut off the Zigbee water valve
In case of power failure, the signal between the water leak detection device and your gateway Zigbee will not be transmitted. The close signal won't be able to reach the valve. For optimum protection, even in the event of a power failure, the Sedna VA4220WF-K5 water damage protection system is preferred.
