The Quebec company temporarily closes, but maintains its online store, upon the announcement made by the Government of Quebec regarding COVID-19
Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (QC), March 24th, 2020 – Due to COVID-19 and upon the announcement made by the Government of Quebec, which requires all non-essential businesses and stores to close, Sinopé Technologies’ office will be temporarily closed as of noon today. The online store will, however, remain open during that period.
THE ONLINE STORE REMAINS OPEN
Consumers can continue to place orders through the company’s online store. However, orders will be shipped exclusively on Mondays. All orders received before 8:00 a.m. on Mondays will, therefore, be shipped.
The company based in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu will also maintain its technical support service for users of its products and the Neviweb app Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT. People in need of technical assistance can submit questions and requests through the company’s online contact form or social media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Sinopé Technologies, which also has an address in Vancouver, is pausing its economic activities in Western Canada too.
