1- CONTEST DURATION

The contest ” Win a smart home with the Sinopé Advent Calendar” (the” Contest “) will take place in North America, starting on December 1, 2019, at 12:00 AM ET, until December 24, 2019, at 11:59 PM ET (” Contest duration “). The draw will take place on January 6, 2020.

2- ELIGIBILITY

To enter and be eligible to win, the entrant must reside in Canada or the United States and be over 18 years of age. He must not be an employee, an immediate family member of an employee or live with an employee of Sinopé Technologies Inc. No purchase required. The contest ends on December 24, 2019.

5- GENERAL RULES

The Contest Sponsor and/or its representatives reserve the right at any time and in their sole discretion to (a) include reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of a prize or any aspect thereof; a price and (b) substitute the price or any aspect of the price for any reason, provided that a price or aspect of the price of comparable value is substituted for it. The winner waives all recourse if the services offered are not entirely satisfactory. The approximate total value of the contest is more than $ 1130.

6- CLAIMING PRIZE

Winners will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the award of their prize. The names of the winners will be posted on the Facebook page of Sinopé Technologies. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, he automatically forfeits his prize, and in that case, the prize will be awarded to another person.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable. No cash value will be awarded as a prize, and the prize cannot be substituted for another prize.
